Single-Ingredient, Dairy-free Protein Powder: Great Lakes Collagen
Alternative, lower-carb baking flours: Blanched Almond Flour or Coconut Flour* (*Note: coconut flour cannot be used 1-for-1 for traditional flour, as it absorbs a lot more liquid; Google recipes before using.)
Soda Stream | Over time, significantly cheaper than buying seltzer every week, and you can sweeten with a few drops of liquid stevia (above) and fresh citrus if you're craving a soda, or something more "bubbly" than plain water.

This can be an incredible resource for your own wellness tracking, as well as to share with your practitioner or health coach.
