Course Description: The holidays can be a difficult time for anyone to maintain their wellness goals. With treats and parties all around, how do we prepare ourselves to stay on track? In this workshop, we’ll work on cultivating the right mindset through the holidays, so that you can enjoy time with family and friends in a way that doesn’t completely sabotage your health. Whether you’re navigating office parties or family get-togethers, you’ll learn new tips and tricks to have a healthier, happier holiday.
