In this workshop, we’ll talk about your meal planning goals, strategize ways to make it work, and discuss tips and tricks to keep you on track throughout the week. This workshop aims to meet you where you are - whether you’re looking to plan just a few meals, or a full week’s worth. Bring your questions, and any meal ideas you have - this will be part presentation, part Q&A and meal planning time. Let’s do this!

Easy Recipes from My Blog
Easy Bone Broth: Add bones from one, whole cooked chicken to a slow cooker, along with 2 tbsps of apple cider vinegar, and a few generous shakes each of salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Add water up to about 1 inch from the top of the slow cooker crock. Cover and cook on low for 24 hours. Remove from heat and strain into jars. Keeps in the fridge approx. 7 days, and frozen, up to several months.
