Per our chat at the end of this month's meeting, some of you were interested in participating in a 21-Day Sugar Detox following our July 31st meeting, Build a Better Plate. Below is a link to that book if you'd like to purchase and do the Detox with other members of our group.

Participation is totally up to you, and not at all required - it just seemed like a great opportunity to take advantage of our accountability group, and do the program together!
